My bitcoin is in my wallet and they’re not allowing me access my wallet ..why would I have a bitcoin wallet and I won’t have the phrase or seed now I know why you don’t want to give me fraudulent!!!! Fraudsters funny how every time I’ve to complain about my coin before I receive it **Developer response:** FlipEx is not a scam. We are a legitimate business with verified transactions to show. We are also not a decentralised exchange, so we do not issue seed phrases as they are not needed to access your wallet. This customer in question has processed over $10k+ in transactions with us successfully since they signed up on FlipEx, but they have refused to provide the Transaction Hash that will allow us to further investigate the issue with their most recent transaction. Without the transaction hash, our investigation is limited. I was surprised to find that my access has been restricted without prior notice or explanation. Additionally, I had a balance of $1000 in my account, and I need clarification on the status of these funds. Please explain the reason for the suspension and provide details on how I can either recover access to my account or withdraw my remaining balance. I would appreciate a prompt response and clear guidance on resolving this issue. Your account's status is active and your transaction history does not show any $1000 trail. We have emailed you to provide more context to this situation but you haven't responded to our email. Got the info., said they couldn’t do it, and then drained the card later that day through eBay purchases ### 1/5 — Ripped off *2024-11-23* Tried to help them with fees and accept USDT instead of bitcoin. Tried to be a good guy. Now I can’t swap the coin because it’s on the tron network. Asked them to send me the tron ($4.49) to complete the transaction, and they said sorry no can’t help you chief. You should not expect us to send you additional payment when you have not made a new transaction. We paid to the wallet address that you provided. Declining to send you extra $4.49 does not constitute ripping. If we don't have offers for your card, you cannot compel us to buy it. Different factors affect the availability of trade offers for gift card trades. ### 1/5 — Done USE NIGERIAN SCAMMERS *2024-06-24* I traded a gift worth $500 and they gave me $100 for it and said that was the fair market value when I could have gotten $400 at the nearest pawn shop. This is a shady company do not do business with them.
