The level of professionalism (or lack thereof) of any app is what breeds confidence or doubt in the developers ability to deliver through their app. Not being clear or coherent in their pricing prevented me from even making it to the initial payment. Edit: And to have the response from the developer be short, dismissive excuses rather than a friendly olive branch seals the deal. Not worth your time ✌️ **Developer response:** This is a bug with the in app purchase provider, RevenueCat. I feel it’s poor judgement to base a review solely on the smallest, most trivial of issues. ### 4/5 — Keeps asking to subscribe *2026-02-09* Subbed for a week, still asking me to subscribe. If you send a message through the app I can take a better look. There was a recent update that fixed a few bugs related to this. ### 1/5 — App does not work at all. Developer does answer *2025-12-22* Figured I would try this since it offered a free 7-day trial. Well, it wasn't even worth that. Right away, I could not set my preference location and the developer had to manually create a search for me. Worked for about 10 hours until it stopped alerting. The developer then put out a location bug fix update and it still does not work. Also, not even receiving alerts anymore. This is not even worth the free trial. ### 1/5 — Complete fraud do not use them! *2025-12-21* I would give them zero stars and they should all be in prison. They are charging my credit card $15 even though I canceled the before the free trial ended, and deleted the account on this poorly made app. I’m surprised Apple has let these fraudsters operate on their ecosystem. Usually this happens only with android apps. Beware! **Developer response:** This could have been easily resolved if you had emailed support; we would have refunded you straight away. It sounds like you started a trial on the website and did not cancel it. I got some push notification about registration or something. I do pay for the app so please help! ### 2/5 — Premium alerts aren’t instant *2024-12-28* I tested this alongside Swoopa. Swoopa’s 5 min alerts aren’t the same as Flipify’s “1 min alerts”. Sometimes Flipify alerts aren’t 30 seconds faster, other times Swoopa is faster. I don’t believe premium alerts are 1 min at all. Still won’t give it 1-star though because the app at least alerts you. **Developer response:** Hey there! Thanks for the feedback. I’ve updated it and fixed some bugs. I can confidently say it’s much faster. ### 1/5 — 👎👎 *2024-11-02* This app is garbage, won’t even let you test it out for free you gotta pay to try it, after you pay it only makes you search one thing, it’s got no categories for search so it’s super inaccurate and Trash DONT BUY NOT RECOMMEND ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Terrible app not accurate *2026-07-17* I sell computer parts and the app did not have accurate data whatsoever. The finds made no sense and the profit was inflated and was not considering ebay fees etc. I trained it using keywords and specific prompts. There are a lot of engineering flaws the developer didn’t account for. Especially if you’re going to charge me 60 bucks a month. Terrible I deleted the app I am extremely disappointed. ### 1/5 — Paid alerts do not work *2026-04-23* Paid for alerts but they barely work. You end up missing a lot of key listings. I don’t always see reviews and cannot help here. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work as advertised.. *2026-02-22* Tried premium search with $50 subscription. It doesn’t show more than half of the listings that clearly have exact match. The rest listings show up in at least 10 minutes, sometimes in an hour instead of 1 minute as they say in the settings. Location is also off. Despite that I set larger radius it only shows listings in the exact city of zip code, not even the smallest radius… **Developer response:** There are multiple warnings in the app explaining the issues you had. ### 1/5 — I really want it to work well but it doesn’t. *2026-02-17* If this app did as it claimed it would be awesome. Sadly it does not deliver. I’ve been closely monitoring it for a couple days now. It has missed half the items it was supposed to find and when it did find a listing, it wasn’t any faster than the alert I got from Facebook marketplace. ### 1/5 — Stole my money *2026-01-14* I don’t even think this service/app is still active. I set everything up, and it just could not stay open. I got alerts literally days late and then got CHARGED even after I cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous **Developer response:** This app is very much active with hundreds of users. These issues are resolved by going through support, not leaving a review. I would have refunded you straight away, even though subscriptions don’t just get charged after you cancel. ### 1/5 — App does not work at all. Had unrealistic expectations for response times during the holidays. Sorry you had a frustrating experience, and thanks for taking the time to share this feedback. The issue you ran into was an edge-case location bug that’s only occurred a handful of times, and I worked to address it as quickly as possible. Searches for free items can be unreliable, as Facebook Marketplace limits the consistency of data for those listings, which can impact alert delivery. I tried to search for Steinway pianos under Music Instruments with a 40 miles radius and the result came back with a Casio piano. **Developer response:** Hi there.
