I’ve even contacted their customer service multiple times, and all they know how to say is “sorry.” No actual solution, no improvement, no accountability just the same useless apology every single time. And the audacity to ask customers for ₹25 as an advance payment when you can’t even deliver orders properly is absolutely ridiculous. Fix your service instead of constantly disappointing your customers. Completely unreliable, frustrating, and honestly one of the worst ordering experiences I’ve had.
