Keep rocking guys ### 1/5 — WORST SERVICE PROVIDER *2021-03-18, version 4.48* Phone Model - MI A2 What the issue was - whenever I play any video on YouTube, watsapp or any other platform, though the volume was full it was not at all audible For this reason I submitted phone first time for 5 days, second time for 3 days & 3 rd time for 2 days in which engineer confirmed he has changed ringer, IC etc for which I was charged Rs. 1900/- Before submitting phone for 3rd time I was very much frustrated and not willing to submit the phone but Front desk ma’am requested to submit for one last time and committed if not resolved they will refund my entire amount.
