Platform for sellers *2026-06-02* Not getting brand approval since past 3 months The are rejecting the approval again and again saying tha Trade mark class is incorrect whereas I’m already selling on other commerce platforms with the same trade mark class. The support team do not help at all and every time say your case is escalated and the concern team will check and call you in 48-72 hours. New seller portal is like a spider web that anyone can stuck in it. All the time when order process after accepting it, most of the time order stuck in panel and it take lot of time to appear into print label. Lot of improvement require Flipkart. 90% improvement is required to make your app and web seller friendly. Genuine claims are repeatedly rejected citing VMS-related reasons. Sellers are forced to spend their own money on webcams and setup requirements, and even after that, if a claim gets approved, the compensation amount is very low. Overall, the system does not feel seller-friendly at all, and the support is also unsatisfactory. Every time a ticket is raised, the calling team asks the same question again instead of reading the ticket. The SPF (Seller Protection Fund) team replies with blind copy-pasted templates, no matter what issue you raise. Same with the Buyer Verification team — fraud, order, or delivery issues all get the same irrelevant responses. Tickets are closed without proper resolution, even after feedback.
