I didn’t expect this app to work for me, honestly. I’ve tried a few blockers before and always found ways around them. But this one feels different — the physical “seal” actually slows me down just enough to rethink opening TikTok. It’s a bit annoying in a good way. I still slip sometimes, but I’ve noticed I’m using my phone more intentionally now. Not perfect, but definitely better than before.

**Developer response:** Slipping sometimes is fine. Noticing the difference isn't. Thanks for sticking with it. This is exactly the kind of feedback that matters. Not "it fixed me" — but "it slows me down enough to think." That friction is the whole point.

The seal isn't supposed to be comfortable. It's supposed to cost you something. And that small cost is apparently working.
