Produit de mauvaise qualité, le développement de l’application est catastrophique et reflète la mentalité de l’entreprise,des menus des sous-menu dans tous les sens on dirait une version alpha de l’app des années 2010. Très difficile à naviguer dans l’interface, mis à part un effet d’eau qui bouge en bleu ou rose qui n’apporte rien c’est ringard,le tableau de bord est incompréhensible et maintenant une offre avec de l’ia peut être faite déjà une app qui fonctionne et ensuite on verra pour IA non. Revoyez l’ux de votre App un stagiaire en première année ferait mieux. Je ne souhaite plus du tout dépensé mon argent dans cette entreprise ou il faut passer à la caisse tous les ans mon pisciniste m’avait prévenu je me suis dit tiens c’est une boîte Fr toulousaine autant faire travailler le pays. Au niveau du carnet d’entretien il est dommage de ne pas lire nos actions directement sur le diagramme ce qui permettrait de voir en un seul coup d’œil les problèmes et le résultat de nos actions Exemple : ajout de 2 galets de chlore Power 5 Sur le diagramme Ajout de produits chimique !!!! Obligé de cliquer pour voir quel est le produit utilisé !! Paying to have the premium version without ads? ### 3/5 — L’ensemble reste correct *2024-03-08, version 5.0.5* Depuis l’achat en 2022, je suis plutôt satisfait du produit qui est fabriqué en France 🇫🇷.les mesure sont correct, la connexion reste perfectible petit problème de temps en temps. Mon plus gros soucis c’est le SAV que j’ai contacté au bout d’un an et demi car mon flipr commençait à avoir des soucis. Il m’ont répondu une fois en me demandant des infos et captures d’écran et depuis silence radio. Je les ai relancé quelques mois plus tard et toujours pas de réponse. J’ai donc commandé une nouvelle piles pour savoir si le problème venait bien de ça. Et par chance c’était bien la piles. Un peu plus de réactivité serait le bienvenu. Ou moins un petit message pour nous faire patienter. It would be even better if there were numbers on the chlorine scale so you can see a trend or if you could chose display the raw ORP in millivolts on the main screen. At the moment I have to keep going through the menu to expert view to get this info.
