**Developer response:** Thank you for pointing out your cares and concerns.  The $0.50 charge you received is actually a temporary pre-authorization hold to validate your cc/debit card information.  This ensures the efficiency of the size swap and there’s no hold up in the process as matches are continually being made.  You will receive the funds back in your account in about seven business days depending on your financial institution.  We apologize if you might have misconstrued the charge as an initial payment just to use the app. The FAQ section in the app also explains this temporary hold as well as any other pertinent information regarding the use of the Flipside Proj3cts App. If for whatever reason, you did not see the $0.50 pre-auth returned to your account after the designated time period has passed, please let us know so we can look into and handle it for you immediately. App has a lot of potential. Great way to straight up size swap with a flat rate without paying huge taxes on StockX. Eliminates the middleman and the app does all the work. Great way to get your actual size if you missed out. The size options for the “wants” are a nice touch if particular shoes fit differently on you (as most shoes do).
