Most pharmacies have never heard of them and think they are a discount card and it takes days or weeks to get the pharmacy enrolled. Then the next time you go to fill at the same pharmacy, they have to re enroll. Frustrating! ### 1/5 — Just the worst! *2022-02-09* This a garbage company and a useless app. The app fluctuate down on what my portion of my deductible has been met. The “advocates” that you call for help do not tell you the truth and your hold times are never less than 25 minutes - before you speak to someone. Don’t sign up for this- I promise you will regret it ### 1/5 — Flipt = Garbage *2022-01-23* In line with the other reviews of this pathetic App, it can only be described in one word; godawful. How can a company claim to be “High Tech. High Touch” and provide “cutting-edge technology” offer a half witted app in this current day and age. It’s customer experience leave users frustrated and bitter to perform the simplest of functions; enter your username and password. It’s sad, yet leaves one questioning their true intent and perceived lack of understanding as an organization? Flipt likes to highlight the availability to speak with a live person at every step of the way. But how can an experience be so stress free if at each step in the process you might get lost, confused or their system cash, and need to call a paid employee to mend the issue. Not a good and an omission of failure. Flipt, listen to your customers by focusing on the fundamentals before someone bigger and better boxes you out of the market. Try to setup in settings but never works. ### 1/5 — Horrible, waste of use *2020-06-05* It’s taken 5 months to get my prescription processed and I’ve been without my prescription for months because they won’t approve it and it’s such a backwards way of getting the prescription. Good concept. Horrible execution. The pharmacy itself let my diabetic medicine lapse (because it was expensive) and then after my A1C went up they said the medicine wasn’t working. The medicine I had not been taking for 3 weeks because they let it lapse. So then they denied supplying it at all. They are all about the dollars and do not care about the patient. They will end up getting people killed. ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2023-01-09* The app is very frustrating to use…you try to log in and you get an error message…you try to reset the password and you get an error message. It takes a solid 15 minutes of just trying to log in let alone order your medication and then you get another error message that reads “try again later” This should not even be called a health app. You have to do better especially when as an employee we have no choice but to use this ridiculous app to obtain the proper medication for my family. I actually feel bad for the people that take the calls they are always so nice but they must get beat up all day. My company really did a doozie on us with this choice for prescription drug coverage. ### 1/5 — Useless *2022-07-14* Off to a great start! The app won’t even open. Worse since update *2022-07-12* Any company thinking of using them consider this: every hour I waste trying to fill a prescription using flipt is during my working hours. When I had to go to a second pharmacy for a flu shot cause the first couldn’t figure flipt out? That was time I didn’t work. App crashing? On hold 25 mins? It’s 10am on a Tuesday. I’m my staying an hour late tonight because I spent a hour trying to get a simple antibiotic filled from flipt. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2022-06-28* Updated app doesn’t work at all ### 1/5 — Flipt review *2022-05-09* I cannot imagine an app or a business that is less intuitive or easy to work with than Flipt. This app doesn’t mesh with reality-it may show your cost as $40, but in reality you owe quadruple that. The explanation typically given is only meant to further confuse the customer. I fail to see any advantages of using this service. ### 1/5 — Worst business ever *2022-04-27* The app looks like it was developed by children. Poor information, poor layout and inaccurate information. Pharmacies that have been closed for years show as the low cost option, which makes it impossible to get discount. There is now way to compare prices without fully putting in your prescription. Calling them is basically a waste of time. Once your prescription is entered, there is no way to view or change it. This company is a nightmare and they are the worst at being able to provide information or a useable app. Clearly the positive reviews were from employees trying to save their job. Sincerely, Flipt ### 1/5 — Insane deductibles and now this app only works in Spanish *2022-04-26* The plans are junk- high deductible. There is no card, just an app and the app switched to Spanish and won’t switch back to English. ### 1/5 — The worst *2022-02-26* The company I work for has forced us to use Flipt and it is terrible. More expensive than express scripts and horrendous customer service. If I had the option to use anything else I would. Now that I have the ability to shop around for prices I actually make $30 a month on my prescription with rewards!! Phenomenal concept, truly a game changer in the industry. ### 5/5 — Excellent concept *2018-05-31* Good features and excellent concept. Provide multiple options and price I have to pay for my prescription before I choose pharmacy. Good to know that the same drug have different prices in different pharmacy.
