I deleted the app, restarted the phone, and reinstalled the app. Then I went straight to settings > restore purchases. The "restoring purchases" window appears, but never goes away. I've left it running for more than 10 minutes, but it never finishes restoring. Support says it's likely due to a recent iOS update, and they'll fix it as soon as possible. When I re downloaded it from my "not on the phone" section in the app store and tried to send one it pops up asking you to pay again. Ummm no that's ripping people off it should have a record of you paying before. Also it never comes up as a keyboard. **Developer response:** Hi Pickeira. We'd hate that too. Fortunately, this is not how it works. Simply go to the menu within the app and restore your purchase, this will not lead to an extra payment. Please note: We have no control over this, Apple handles the purchases and keeps record of purchases you have made in the past to prevent you paying again for the same item. I tried uninstall and reinstall, and that did not work. Unfortunately it is not completely in our control. In some instance, the keyboard can load slower that it is was meant to as a result of instability on the messaging/texting app you are using it on. We are working on a solution for this problem and will try to add this solution as soon as possible to a coming update. For now, forced closing the messaging/texting app you are using can resolve the issue.
