## What is Flivo?

Flivo is a minimalist short-video app built around unplanned, everyday moments.

There are no followers, no comments, and no pressure to perform.
You open the app, watch real moments from other people’s lives, and move on.

Flivo is designed for quiet viewing, not self-expression.

### What Flivo is
- A full-screen video feed of everyday, unplanned moments
- No social graph, no creator profiles, no public metrics
- Watch, swipe, and occasionally like — that’s it
- Uploading is instant and requires no captions, tags, or editing

### What Flivo is not
- Not a social network
- Not a creator platform
- Not a place to build an audience
- Not about performance, explanation, or presentation

### How it works
- Open the app and immediately enter the video feed
- Videos autoplay silently and loop by default
- Swipe up to watch the next moment
- Tap to turn on sound
- Like a video if it resonates — likes are private and not shown

### Uploading
- Select a video from your photo library or record one directly
- Maximum length: 60 seconds
- No titles, captions, tags, filters, or editing tools
- Once uploaded, the video is immediately published

### Philosophy
Flivo values real behavior over expression.
It observes what people watch, not what they say.

This is a product for low-pressure viewing — a place to quietly pass time with authentic moments from everyday life.
