Bus is clean. Booking is easy. ### 3/5 — Adeel *2026-08-19, version 10.4.0* Drivers r really good, but management is worse ### 1/5 — Left stranded by FlixBus *2026-08-18, version 10.4.0* I had a nightmarish experience with Flix on a trip to a neighboring city. My partner and I were waiting at the bus stop for our bus, and when it finally arrived, the driver told us to move a couple feet so he could pull forward, only to audaciously take off and leave us stranded. This was the last bus providing service to our destination, and when we contacted customer service (the phone number for which was buried under countless links in the app), we were told there was nothing they could do about it— not even offer a refund. In short, we were stranded, robbed, and we had to book a hotel that night. Suffice it to say that we will not be booking with Flix ever again. ### 2/5 — Multiple credit cards didn’t work *2026-08-18* Wouldn’t take my credit card nor Apple Pay. Best, Your FlixBus Team ### 1/5 — Falguni *2026-08-15* URGENT — HELP LOCATE OUR LUGGAGE | FLIXBUS #800 PARIS → GHENT Our luggage was being loaded during boarding in Paris, but we were not able to confirm that it was actually placed on the bus. The driver, Chris, told us that luggage going to Ghent had to be placed on the other side of the luggage compartment and then closed the compartment on our side. Because of this, we were unable to see whether our luggage was actually loaded. There was also a significant delay: the bus was originally scheduled to depart at 1:00 PM, but it had a flat tire and ultimately departed Paris at approximately 3:06 PM. We have now discovered that our luggage is missing, along with four other pieces of luggage belonging to other passengers. Importantly, one of the passengers had an AirTag inside their luggage, and the AirTag showed that the bag was still in Paris. This raises serious concerns that multiple pieces of luggage may not have been loaded onto the bus. We urgently need FlixBus to: * Verify exactly what happened to all the missing luggage during loading. * Check any available CCTV/security footage at the Paris departure location. * Check the driver’s report/loading information. * Confirm whether the missing luggage was loaded onto Bus #800. * Determine why an AirTag is showing one of the missing bags is still in Paris. * Immediately help us locate and recover all of the missing luggage. We also have an audio recording of our conversation with the driver regarding the luggage. I watched a FlixBus leave from Terminal 7, turns out that was my bus.
