FlixGRADE is a teacher app that provides teachers with comprehensive support for the classroom management. The focus is on recognizing and documenting the student participation. This is supported by a functional seating plan with all input and display options. FlixGRADE impresses with its wide range of functions and flexible setup options. Easy to use: - For smartphones and tablets - No need to create lessons - No need to create participation grades A lesson begins when a class is opened and a student is entered. All entries are simply saved with the current date. Also, grades do not have to be created beforehand for the evaluation of the participation - they can be entered directly. Other teaching services, such as a vocabulary test, are defined once and can then be used multiple times for grade entries. Clear display - All entries for a teaching day - The current grade level - The number of assessments - Inclusive students - All active checklists with processing status - The last entries and remarks about the student All entries start with the student, - in the seating plan or the student list, and are displayed there on a screen for the current teaching day. A group assistant puts together groups that are homogeneous in terms of performance and facilitates the organisation of lessons during group work. All entries can also be made in the seating plan. FlixGRADE the teacher app calculates a grade suggestion based on the selected grading system or in percentages (default). Seven grading systems are created. In addition, you can define your own grading systems. The tendency of the participation grades is clearly shown with a regression line. The course of the lesson and important information are clearly displayed in the teacher calendar for the current day of the lesson. New data protection concept - Minimal data framework - Encrypted data - No central server - Automatic deletion The teacher app FlixGRADE has a comprehensive data protection concept in accordance with the European Data Protection Act. The student data remains on the mobile device. With current operating systems, they are stored there in encrypted form. They are not transmitted to a central server and cannot be sent or exported by e-mail. Since the data is not stored centrally on a server, it does not represent an economically interesting target for improper use. FlixGRADE the teacher app restricts itself to the most necessary data ("first name", "last name") and uses neutral descriptions ("deviating performance assessment") in accordance with data protection requirements from the outset. All entries for a student are automatically deleted after a defined period of time. The default setting for the "shelf life" of the data is one year. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass flixGrade auf persönlichen Geräten genutzt wird, deshalb haben wir auf ein extra Passwort verzichtet. Vielleicht sollten wir das als Option einbauen. ### 1/5 — Kostet dann doch Geld *2024-02-22* Als kostenlose App angepriesen, dann bei der 4. Klasse doch noch zum Zahlen aufgefordert. Hätte ich mir die Mühe sparen können, danke für Nichts! :( Wenn kostenlos angepriesen ist, dann sollte man auch irgendwo erklären, dass es ein Limit gibt. Dann hätte ich die App gar nicht geladen und meine Zeit nicht mit Eingaben der SuS verschwendet! **Developer response:** Ab Version 3.4.0 ist die App mit unbegrenzter Schülerzahl kostenfrei. Zusatzfunktionen sind per Abo oder Kauf erhältlich. ### 4/5 — Fokus auf UBs *2023-09-05* Endlich eine App, die es ermöglicht, Unterrichtsbeiträge am Sitzplan mit einem Klick zu erledigen und diese sinnvoll auswertet. Ansprechendes Layout. Die Programmierung des Sitzplans sollte noch optimiert werden, so dass auch längere Namen vollständig angezeigt werden, ohne zu überlappen. **Developer response:** Endlich hat das mal jemand erkannt und hier geschrieben ;-). Danke. Die Anzeige der Namen im Sitzplan soll für Android und iOS, Smartphones und Tablets funktionieren. Das war nicht leicht umzusetzen und ist, - das muss ich zugeben, auch noch nicht optimal gelöst. Nachtrag: Mit Version 3.0.1 sollte es nun besser aussehen. ### 1/5 — schwach *2023-08-21* Vor drei Jahren wurde hier angeregt, Doppelstunden eintragen zu können. Wie ich sehe ist das immer noch nicht möglich. Finde ich unnachvollziehbar **Developer response:** Wir wollen die App so einfach wie möglich halten. Uns geht es hauptsächlich um die Mitarbeit. Die App ist einfach zu bedienen. Sie ist viel praktischer als Lehrerbuch. Es gibt in Appel Story keine bessere App für Lehrer. Ich habe alle probiert. Nur die Flixgrade hat mir gefallen Contra: Man kann die Noten Nicht ausdrücken oder in iCloud hochladen. Die Noten sind nicht übertragbar. Ich mach mir Sorgen, wenn das iPad kaputt geht oder wenn es zurückgestellt werden muss. Dann wenn könnte ich meine Datei wieder haben? Die Namen der Klasse kann man nicht als Lister Hochladen. Zusammenfassung: Es ist empfehlenswert. Weil sie ist die einzige gute App für Leher. Ich habe die App seit einem Jahr und habe mir nochmal gekauft. **Developer response:** Danke, das freut mich sehr. Ich denke dass wünschen sich Viele. 24.02.2023 Mit der Version 2.8.0 kann man nun die Mitarbeitsnote, Anzahl der Bewertungen, Notenlisten, Notenvorschlag und die Fehlzeiten Notenstand per E-mail exportieren. 22.08.2024 Mit Version 3.4.0 steht ein Datenexport und Import zur Datensicherung und Übertragung zur Verfügung. ### 5/5 — Nach Update läuft alles stabil *2021-09-28* Durch freundlichen Support und ein Update läuft nun alles stabil bei mir. Die App ist im Alltag super praktisch und ich möchte sie nicht mehr missen. **Developer response:** Es freut mich, dass du die App soweit gut findest. Zu deiner Frage: Die App synchronisiert die Daten nicht über verschiedene Geräte. Die Daten liegen verschlüsselt auf dem Gerät. Die Sicherung erfolgt mit dem Backup des gesamten Gerätes und können nur mit diesem Backup auf ein anderes Gerät übertragen werden. @ geänderte Rezension: Das darf natürlich nicht sein. Ich habe intensiv getestet und die App stürzt bei mir nicht ab. Der Fehler ist leider nicht richtig reproduzierbar. Es ist gut, dass wir die Problemstellen der App genannt bekommen und wir werden versuchen hier eine Verbesserung zu erreichen. Bis dahin mein Vorschlag: Du könntest die Fotos mit der normalen Fotofunktion machen und die Bilder dann über die Galerie einbinden. ### 1/5 — Sehr schlechte App *2021-09-05* Die App wirkte am Anfang sehr zuverlässig und stabil aber wenn man paar mal damit gearbeitet hat, merkt man schnell wie schlecht sie ist. Die App speichert nicht die Schülerbilder immer ab. Manchmal sind sie abgespeichert und einen Tag später sind alle Bilder wieder weg. Die Daten Speicherung funktioniert nicht einwandfrei und die App ist nicht einmal kostenfrei. Vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist daher sehr schlecht. **Developer response:** Hi Toni, das tut mir leid. Nachtrag 19.09.2022 Wir haben nochmals viel Zeit investiert um die App stabiler und schneller zu machen. Dies haben wir auch mit extra großen Klassen, sehr vielen Bildern und Einträgen getestet. ### 5/5 — Gute App *2021-09-05* Ich nutze diese App im Alltag und halte sie für gut und effizient. Nun haben wir Dienstgeräte bekommen und ich stehe vor dem Rätsel die Schülerdaten auf ein anderes Gerät zu übertragen. Ist das überhaupt möglich? **Developer response:** Die Übertragung der Daten ist über das Benutzerkonto möglich. Wenn Sie sich mit ihrem Benutzerkonto auf einem neuen Gerät anmelden, können Sie ein Backup einspielen. Wenn Sie auf dem Dienstgerät ein neues Dienstbenutzerkonto haben, ist die Übertragung der Daten leider nicht möglich. 22.08.2024 Mit Version 3.4.0 können die Daten exportiert und auf einem anderen Gerät importiert werden. ### 2/5 — Probleme *2021-05-04* Eigentlich finde ich die app super.
