App installiert. Ausprobiert. Immer wieder Fehlermeldungen - Kauf nicht möglich. App wieder gelöscht.

Für Anwender welche das TAN Verfahren mit einem Kartenlesegerät für TAN Berechnung mittels der animierten Barcodegrafik verwenden muss zwingend eine Möglichkeit zur Vergrößerung der Grafik eingerichtet werden. Ohne dies ist die Verwendung des Gerätes nicht möglich und die App unbrauchbar.

**Developer response:** Vielen Dank für den konkreten Hinweis. Wir verstehen, dass die fehlende Vergrößerung der animierten Grafik die Nutzung mit einem TAN-Lesegerät verhindert. ### 1/5 — Dao pay?!! Keine Innovation oder verinfachung!

Beim verbinden meines Kontos, sollte ich Dao Pay autorisieren. Jedoch hat Dao Pay einen sehr schlechten Ruf im Internet, Trustpilot 1,4 Sterne. Für mich war die App damit gestorben. Generell finde ich das Prinzip aber auch schlecht dass man nur sehr feste Beträge auswählen kann und nicht beim bezahlen direkt der passende Gutschein gekauft wird. Sehe da keine Innovation, da kann man auch direkt zu einer cashback Seite.

**Developer response:** Wir verstehen deine Bedenken. Je nach Bank kommen digitale Zertifikate der in Österreich lizenzierten DaoPay GmbH zum Einsatz. DaoPay wickelt die Zahlung nicht ab und erhält keine Auftrags- oder Zugangsdaten, Salden oder Transaktionshistorie. Die Beträge legen die Brands fest; deinen Wunsch nach mehr Flexibilität nehmen wir mit.

Nahezu keine Akzeptanz, auf Trade Republic hat es überhaupt nicht funktioniert - Zahlung fehlgeschlagen. Direkt Konto wieder gelöscht.

Wer Käuferschutz sucht ist mit FLIZpay leider an der falschen Adresse, so gut gemeint das Konzept auch ist aber es erfüllt den Schutzzweck in keinsterweise den zum Beispiel PayPal wunderbar erfüllt. Aus meiner schmerzlichen Erfahrungen heraus rate ich allen: Lieber den sicheren Weg wählen, als wie ich viel Geld verlieren, wegen ein paar Prozent Rabatt.
