### 1/5 — App

*2022-05-25, version 3.1.1*

App won’t load

### 1/5 — Not working

*2022-05-04, version 2.2*

This app is no longer working

### 1/5 — Was working fine until last week

*2022-05-03, version 2.2*

This is the only way to check parking soace availability since they dont show that on the website. Until last week it was working fine.. now all you get is a “app no longer supported”

### 1/5 — No longer Available

*2022-05-02, version 2.2*

When you get to the screen, all you see is not available. Don’t waste the download.

### 1/5 — Done

*2022-05-01, version 2.2*

Had this on my phone. It is now longer supported. Had to delete it.

### 1/5 — Won’t Load

*2020-11-14, version 2.2*

I saw the app advertised at FLL yesterday upon arrival. I just downloaded it in advance of my return trip, and though the app downloads just fine, I get an error that it cannot load when I try to open it. Can’t get past the full-screen logo at start-up, so the app is worthless.

### 1/5 — Inaccurate Parking Information

*2018-11-30, version 2.0*

The parking information in the app is rarely accurate, which is incredibly frustrating when running to catch a flight.

### 1/5 — Don do It

*2018-10-08, version 2.0*

Don’t bother with this app. The maps do not work. You cannot search for relevant information, such as restaurants and waiting areas before checking in.

Got the map to load once; didn’t show where I was on the map. Tried to search on our flight and it just locked up. Don’t waist the space on your device.

To the Developer :

Please pull this down until you get it fixed.

### 1/5 — Can’t search for arrivals for all airline at once

*2018-09-09, version 2.0*

I’m an Uber driver and would love to search arrivals for all airlines in one search!!

### 1/5 — Google maps and this are inseparable

*2017-11-09, version 2.0*

Google maps will only take me the airport because of this app. And now I can’t even remove the app from my phone.

### 1/5 — Parking info is useless

*2016-12-26, version 1.5.2*

App isn't updated in real time and shows availability where there are no spots in short term or long term. You'll get waived into the garage (long term) anyway but instead of being able to wait until someone leaves you're told you must exit the airport for valet or off-site parking.

### 1/5 — Doesn't work

*2016-08-05, version 1.5.2*

Main screens don't appear. Just get a white screen. Tapping in various locations in the white screen brings up useful information on parking and flights but users are flying completely blind on the main menu page.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No parking

*2026-03-28, version 3.3.1*

This app is horribly inaccurate. The app showed approximately 500 parking spots open and the reality was that there were none. Do better!!!

### 1/5 — Waste of time

*2025-12-23, version 3.3.0*

The app only gives flight into. You can look that up on the airlines app or website.

### 1/5 — No Parking Info

*2025-12-22, version 3.3.0*

Downloaded the app to see parking options in the garages. It only shows the status of flights.

### 1/5 — For what is this app?

*2025-12-21, version 3.3.0*

Completely useless to find out parking availability, the only possible reason to use the app

### 1/5 — Parking doesn’t work on iOS 26

*2025-12-21, version 3.3.0*

The only useful part of this app is parking and that doesn’t worn on iOS 26

### 1/5 — Apple Version Doesn’t work

*2025-12-15, version 3.3.0*

I see nothing but flights on IPhone. My husband has android and can see parking info. The app is pretty much useless for Apple.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2025-01-07, version 3.3.0*

It doesn’t even show the departures

### 1/5 — not more helpful than the website.

*2024-06-22, version 3.1.2*

i downloaded this app to access a map to make sure I was waiting for the Tri-rail shuttle in the correct location. However, the app doesn’t even have the shuttle stops and ground transportation info on the interactive map. I can check what food there is but not how to get out of the airport?

### 1/5 — This app is useless

*2023-09-02, version 3.1.2*

The only reason I downloaded this app was to know what the parking looked like in advance. I was flying out on Labor Day weekend and had to decide between taking an Uber or driving. The app said there were 300+ spots in long-term parking, so we decided to drive. When we got to the airport the signs and staff all routed people to the overflow lot because the parking was full. The app still showed over 300 spaces free, including 74 on one floor. Had to drive 15 minutes out to the overflow lot and rush through the airport to catch my flight. Don’t trust what the app tells you

### 1/5 — Staff confirmed app is not working!

*2022-09-04*

We used the FLL app today to know how many available parking spaces there was in which garage so we can plan accordingly and go directly where there was spaces. We got there and went directly to Hibiscus garage saying there was 29 parking spaces available on the roof and a handful on other below floors, which we skipped to not waste time on finding the last one on those floors. Got to the roof and everyone is double parked, parked in fire lanes, parked on the road, in corners where theres no parking. We started being nervous because Palm garage was already full and we were rerouted to Hibiscus and Cypress. We decided to go to Cypress because there was 999 parking spaces but we had to take the shuttle to our terminal. Once we got to the garage, there was a staff member there and we told him that there was no spots available and the app said there was. He said “Oh yea.. the app never works…” Do not rely on the app for parking, if you are nervous to not find parking, save yourself the stress and Uber or park at the hotels where they provide free shuttles.

## Most praised reviews (8 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good source of info wish I could book a parking space

*2022-07-27, version 3.1.2*

Great source of information especially for a county run app. Next step is to enable users to book a parking space and pay in advance.

### 5/5 — A parking spot finding gem

*2019-01-07, version 2.1*

I don’t use this app for anything other than parking spot locations... just look at the app, go the the level with open spots and there we are.
No more searching endlessly on levels that have none the stressing you will miss your flight.
I have not used this for flight notification, smarter choice last there would be your actual airline carrier.

### 5/5 — Works like a charm

*2016-08-29, version 1.5.2*

Obviously they fixed whatever might have been a problem earlier.

### 2/5 — Parking space count not correct

*2024-01-25, version 3.1.2*

App stated 96 spots in the Palm garage. Saw 0.
Drove around for 1/2 hour waiting for someone to leave.

### 2/5 — FLL App

*2022-10-15, version 3.1.2*

The app is not correct as to number if available spots in Cypress Garage. This app indicated 700 long terns spots in Cypress this morning but there were none. You had to wait for someone to leave to get a spot.

### 2/5 — Parking spots available - the Only one redeeming value

*2019-01-18, version 2.1*

This app only has one piece of useful information- the number of available parking spaces per floor in the garage. The search by tag number does not work. I have tried my tag seven times when my car has been in the garage overnight and it has never found my car.

It does not give estimated times for going through TSA. The security links to federal sites are broken. No value on the security tab.

The maps are useless and provide no detail.

Flight information is not updated in a reasonable timeframe to be relevant.

Overall a very poor app.

### 2/5 — Can't search

*2017-08-11, version 2.0*

Great idea, but can't search for flights by number. After entering number, there is no way to hide the keyboard to reveal the search touch-bar.

### 2/5 — An app should be tested before upload.

*2016-11-03, version 1.5.2*

Try searching by flight. Enter the airline and then the flight number. From there you're stuck. It does nothing and presents no buttons or option to close entry.

Rate comparison chart doesn't fit iPhone screen.

For a map of the cell area why would you open a PDF? Smartphones let you open in Maps, making it easy to follow your gps.

Which menu choice shows me restaurants and shops? It's not obvious.
