## What is Flo Titan?

Flo Titan is field software for backflow prevention professionals. It replaces the clipboard, the paperwork stacked in the truck, and the evening spent retyping test results into the office system. Testers log assemblies at the site, the office reviews and bills them, and nothing is entered twice.

Flo Titan requires an active company workspace. Accounts are created by your administrator.


XPRESS TEST REPORTS

Log a complete backflow test in the time it takes to pack up your gauge.

• Guided entry for RP, RPDA, DC, DCDA, PVB and SVB assemblies
• PSID differentials calculated as you type, with instant pass/fail against the correct thresholds for that assembly type
• Check valve conditions, relief valve operation, air inlet and shut-off valve status all recorded
• First-test failures, parts replaced and retest readings captured on one report
• Review site photos on the report before the certificate is filed
• Gauge serial numbers and calibration dates recorded, with tester license details carried onto the report


CUSTOMERS AND ASSEMBLIES

• Customer, service location, assembly, so a device keeps its history when a property changes hands
• Serial number, make, model, size, install location and water district on every assembly
• Full test history, past work and billing contacts on one screen
• Move devices between locations without losing the record


DISPATCH, ROUTES AND THE MAP

• See the day, week or month, and filter the board by technician
• Plot jobs on a map, plan the drive between them, and open turn-by-turn directions
• Start an optimized route from where you are, so the drive order makes sense
• Assign, reschedule and reassign work, with unavailable technicians flagged on the board

• Log labor hours and parts against the job, priced from your own list
• Custom line items, or paste a batch of them straight into the document
