Please add multi business support! ### 3/5 — missing feature *2024-03-08* please allow me to upload a photo as receipt. otherwise good app **Developer response:** Hi there - On the Float app you can capture photos of receipts by selecting a transaction and then clicking 'Receipt'. You have options to either capture a photo directly using your phone's camera or upload a photo from your camera roll! If you've confirmed that you've given the app permissions on your device to access your camera roll and the issue persists please reach out at support@floacard.com. We're here to help! ### 5/5 — So much easier than before *2023-12-12, version 1.32.5* Not usually one to write reviews but my work started using Float for submitting our expenses and it’s so much easier being able to submit the receipt and expense directly. The app is slick and is easy to use! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t see the current “Business Funds” *2026-06-25* Overall the app and card are both great. BUT: nowhere in the app can I find the current “Business Funds.” I can login through the web interface to see it, but if I am out shopping and see something for my company to buy I want to know what the current balance is in the app. That one missing piece of information is very frustrating right now. ### 1/5 — Annoying *2025-03-10* Asks for a review every 2 minutes ### 1/5 — Verification is busted *2024-12-09* I already verified on the web version the app wants me to to do again. I want to use the picture of my id I had already taken it want me to use the stupid tool instead. Hitting back requires refilling fields but I’m already verified anyways. Deleted this trash ### 1/5 — Extremely frustrating to use *2024-05-28* It let me match one receipt and not the other. Both receipts are from the same merchant and look very similar. The matched one still shows up under unmatched even though it was used with a reimbursement request. You are not able to edit the details of a request after it’s made. It would make sense to be able to edit a request if it hasn’t been seen for approval. Honestly this is the worst app I’ve ever had to use for reimbursement. **Developer response:** Hi there - We sincerely apologize for any troubles you've had with receipt matching. Sucks *2024-04-01* Crappy app ### 2/5 — Meh. *2025-04-08* Have to log in constantly, app doesn’t remember my info. Don’t know if it’s the phone or app. Also you can’t edit descriptions without text getting messed up. Functional but not the greatest app. ### 2/5 — Hate this app *2025-01-01* Consistently asks me for my password when i have activated face recognition, it recognizes my face then proceeds to ask for the password. End up using the website instead, it remembers my password. I’ve since deleted the app and will use the website from now on till they fix this. ### 2/5 — Login needs fixing *2024-07-24* Multiple problems with login. Sometimes it just doesn’t log you in and you’re returned to the first screen. The Remember This Device for 30 Days doesn’t work and the Log In Faster feature keeps appearing no matter how many times I choose Not On This Device. ### 2/5 — Close, but no *2024-01-25* I’ve used many corporate expensing systems but this one takes the cake for being most unintuitive. At least their support staff are quick to answer but wow I’ve never worked so hard to try and understand a system like this. I had to ask their support team why I was able to upload receipt photos from my mobile app. However, I could not seem to use them when submitting a reimbursement request from the Web app. Their support team member said they would submit that request to their product team. 10 minutes later all of a sudden when trying to attach a receipt to a reimbursement the photos were appearing so maybe there’s a delay or something. The entire experience from the mobile app to the Web app just does not feel Intuitive.
