## What is flocksales?

flocksales helps organizations to manage field sales operations, sales visits, and customers. Flocksales will re-charge your business, make your staff more efficient and win more customers.

For Field staff -
- Report punch in / out time/location accurately for reporting purpose
- Get task notification based on real-time geo locations (you need to approve always location service)
- Log daily activity track with location details for management reporting.
- Log daily distance traveled between punch-in and punch-out time (Needs always location service)
- Capture new customer leads from the mobile device along with customer location
- Manage and schedule customer meetings. Check-in to customer location during meeting hrs ad check-out once the meeting is done. These details are available on team dashboard of the management.
- Get optimized route to complete multiple field sales visits
- Get suggestion for customer meeting, follow-ups based on the current location of the staff.
*Note -* Background location service would be active between punch-in and punch-out time.

For Management/Admin –

- Manage sales reps attendance with timestamp & geo-location
- Manage field staff and activities based on geo-locations
- Add custom fields in existing forms to capture specific details
- Get detailed reports on customer visits by sales reps
- Manage and check the status and history of sales meetings with your customers efficiently.
- Management dashboard with real-time location-based activity
