## What is Floe · Sauna & Cold Plunge?

First hot, then cold—the oldest recovery ritual. Floe tracks your sauna and ice bath sessions through a dynamic temperature timeline, keeps track of your weekly streak (e.g., Søberg Protocol: 57 min of heat + 11 min of cold), and logs each session as a workout in Health.

• Sauna timer with rounds, Live Activity, and end-of-round reminders
• Cold plunge count-up with your target — leave the phone on the bench, the timer keeps running
• Weekly log, streaks, and awards
• No account required, full privacy—everything stays on your device

Floe is a one-time purchase or an auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 h before the period ends. Manage in Settings.
