Thanks! ### 1/5 — LOVE Floify - But NOT the app *2019-12-20, version 2.0.6* So I love Floify, the website is awesome. The features, tools, requests, automated emails. Fantastic! The app? Not so much. As a processor on the go, this app needs to be retooled to match the power behind the website. The only good thing about the app is that it notifies you when docs are uploaded, but even then, thats something that email notifications already provide. So really, the app is not tooled correctly to allow us to do all the things the website does which is a shame, because I really love the platform! Thanks! ### 1/5 — No file browsing for upload? *2019-01-25, version 2.0.5* You’ve got to be kidding me! Only supports upload via camera and photo library. Nope. Can only view notifications, which is not up to date. Wish I would have seen reviews before wasting my time and space downloading. ### 1/5 — Agree with other rating - useless app *2017-03-09, version 1.2* I have to agree with the other reviewer. While the online website for Floify is pretty slick and useful, showing documents, allowing me to upload file and well as view the overall process flow, this app is a useless single screen showing notifications, with no other functionality at this time. The notifications are not even accurate nor do they reflect what I see on the website. I logged in an out a few times thinking I must have missed a screen; nope. This app would be more useful if it simply redirected Safari to the normal website... **Developer response:** Version 1.3 lets you take and select pics from your phone, then upload them. You can also review your loan status and mortgage progress in detail. We're continuing to add improvements each quarter. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App needs updating *2023-08-18* When I first download this app over a year ago, inwa able to view documents immediately. For some unknown reason, when I click on a doc to view and accept it the app loads as its try to import the doc. As an LO this is a must to be able to view and accept on demand. It would be also nice one a doc is accepted to Inform the LO and assigned floify owner the doc has been imported and a response if the document is sufficient upon further review. ### 1/5 — App still useless *2023-08-14* Still waiting on items the development team said would be ready 3 years ago. Can’t log in. Did they decide to just give up on the app? If so then just remove the app and send mobile text messages when an online application is completed because this app seems to be a ghost shell of what could’ve been great. ### 1/5 — Pipeline Wrong *2022-12-21, version 5.1.5* I can’t access my actual pipeline. There’s only one client on what is shown in my pipeline, and I have no idea who the client is. This app is unusable due to this. ### 1/5 — Floify website - amazing. The app - terrible *2022-07-29, version 5.1.5* Floify’s website - excellent I have used it for years and it helps us provide an excellent client experience. Floify, as a company - outstanding. But the app…. Had to have been created by an elementary school student. It just doesn’t work. I can’t view any documents that have been uploaded, I can’t add buckets for new document requests, I can’t accept or deny documents that have been uploaded, the list goes on and on. Please, please, for the the sanity of all LO’s and processors, make the app usable. I would pay a premium for an app that works. I know multiple app developers that I would be happy to put you in contact with if you need someone to help. We love you Floify! Please show us some love back and bring the app into the 21st century! I can’t search by name, view archived clients, the site is great, the app not so much! Just go to the mobile web version until proper investment and attention is given to this part of their business. For a great desk app, this is quite embarrassing. The website was giving me issues earlier and now it’s the app. ### 2/5 — Seen better products *2021-08-13, version 3.0.1* A mobile app should be just like the mobile website but better. It’s actually nothing like the website and full of bugs. The website has calculators shareable links. Can’t approval/deny docs either on the app. Another tool that would take the app over the top would be mobile pre approval letters.
