I gave it a go and I was so impressed, instantly talks you through what you can do and creates exercises for you on behalf of your answers in the comfort of your own home. The next morning my back was amazing, I still kept doing the exercise like it suggests. I was impressed by the quality of the app design and how personal it felt. In the NHS we can currently usually only offer one session, or follow-up sessions that are weeks or months away. This app therefore does a much better job of regularly tailoring advice and exercise guidance which is something that you won’t get unless you pay large sums for frequent private physio sessions. It is safe and you will have a phone call booked in with a physio if you have any signs of concern. The screening process is thorough and uses the same questioning that I would use in my practice.
