We reached a deal and I returned old equipment. All seems to be working fine now. I wish I didn’t have to go through all this trouble. I have a FloLogic valve and although it works ok most of the time it gives a lot of false positives. I installed a connect module ($300) to control it via WiFi. It worked ok until i switched my modem. After that it stoped working and after many hours with CS and reconfiguring the mod nothing worked. They suggested I had to buy a Gateway module ($200) only to find out it does not work with my connect and I need to buy from them the “newer” version (another $300). When “Bypass” mode ends, it starts counting “away mode” using the Flow Limit to switch into away mode instead of the Auto Away setting. Example after Bypass, water shuts off after 1 hour of no use instead of the 18 hours. Please fix that. App constantly says “offline never seen online”. I have very strong home wifi signal. Device is connected to wifi as WIfI app shows it’s connected but after 6-8 attempts using all possible Flowlogic troubling shooting tips remote stiff “perhaps a password issue”. Of which it is not, and what’s with “perhaps”. How about it’s connected or it’s not. In this case it thinks it’s not but it is. Clearly a Flowlogic server issue not allowing device to connect. It automatically takes you to a settings page that you get out of and go back to managing home/away modes. Such a simple app for it not to work correctly.
