## What is Flood Rush?

Flood Rush is a calm color-flood puzzle. Tap a color, your top-left area absorbs every same-colored neighbor, and your goal is simple: turn the whole board into one color before you run out of moves.

The rules click in seconds. The strategy keeps unfolding for 50 levels.

How it plays
- Tap a color from the palette at the bottom of the screen.
- Your captured area takes that color and swallows every adjacent cell of the same color.
- Repeat until the whole board is one color.
- Each level has a fixed move limit. Beat it.

Why people stick with it
- Short rounds — one level fits a coffee break.
- Real strategy — every tap reshapes the board, and the greedy pick is rarely the best.
- No timer, no streaks to defend, no penalty for thinking.
- Plays offline.

50 hand-tuned levels
Boards grow from small teaching grids to larger 6-color challenges. Move limits are calibrated by simulation against a target win rate, so the difficulty curve stays smooth — the best path takes thinking, and a tough random board may ask for a retry. (Color-flood puzzles are NP-hard, so the optimal move is genuinely hard for both humans and computers.)

A per-level record tracks your best score, so you can come back and squeeze a tighter solution out of a level you already cleared.

A short interactive tutorial walks you through your first level, and you can replay it any time from the settings.
