It’s starting to feel repetitive and I am not always motivated to complete it. The walking ones get left often because when I think of doing them I’m not wearing anything on my lower half with pockets.

Great tool. I would also like to know if you do better or worse depending on how much activity you’ve done that day. I try to vary the times & locations that I do this.
