## What is Floor Plan?

Create professional floor plans with your iPhone — in minutes, not hours.

The app uses your iPhone's LiDAR sensor to scan apartments, houses, and commercial spaces with precision. Walls, doors, and windows are detected automatically. The result: a scaled floor plan as a PDF with wall dimensions, room areas, and a legend — ready to send, print, or embed in your property listing.

Requires iPhone 12 Pro or newer, or iPad Pro with LiDAR sensor.

WHO IS THIS FOR?

Real estate agents create floor plans for listings on-site in minutes. Appraisers and inspectors document properties during walkthroughs. Architects make quick as-built surveys exported to DXF. Property managers add floor plans to tenant records. Homeowners measure and document their own space.

HOW IT WORKS:

Point your iPhone at the room and slowly walk through the space. Walls, doors, and windows are detected automatically. Use the editor to name rooms, adjust walls, and reposition doors. Export to PDF or DXF — done.

KEY FEATURES:

LiDAR scanning with automatic wall, door, and window detection via Apple RoomPlan. Multi-floor plans — scan multiple levels and export as a single PDF. Professional PDF export with dimension chains, room areas, legend, and scale bar. DXF export for further editing in AutoCAD and other CAD software. Intuitive editor for moving walls, rotating doors, and naming rooms. Correct inner and outer wall distinction with proper hatching. Automatic area calculation for each room and total area in m² or sq ft. Scale bar automatically adjusted to floor plan size. Output in English or German.

PRICING:

Scanning and editing are free. Exporting to PDF or DXF requires a subscription. Monthly and yearly plans available — both include a 3-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iPhone Settings under "Subscriptions."
