## What is FloorOps?

FloorOps is day-to-day operations software for pubs, restaurants, cafes and bars. Built to replace the group chats, paper rotas and spreadsheets most venues still run on.

ROTA & STAFF
Build the weekly rota with shift templates, quick blocks and each person's regular hours. Staff see their own upcoming shifts; managers see the whole team at a glance.

CLOCK IN / CLOCK OUT
Staff clock in and out from their own phone with one tap — large, unmistakable buttons that only ever let you do the one valid thing. A shared Hub device (a tablet on the wall) offers the same PIN-based clock-in for venues that prefer a communal kiosk. Managers get a weekly Clock in/out review that flags any missing or incomplete time, with a one-tap way to fill it in — or mark it as a recorded absence with a reason, instead of guessing.

LEAVE, ABSENCE & SWAPS
Staff request holiday or a shift swap from their phone; managers approve with one tap. Managers can also record holiday, sickness or an absence directly — for the phone call before a shift, not just the request that comes in advance.

CLEANING, MENU & ALLERGENS
Categorised cleaning checklists with PIN-attributed sign-off on a shared device, so you know exactly who did what. A searchable menu with full allergen information, kept current from one place and available to every member of staff.

STOCK, ORDERING & REPORTING
Flag low stock as you spot it, build orders from those flags, and run stocktakes against a template. End-of-day reports, takings, incidents and breakages are all logged in one place, with exports when you need them.

DOCUMENTS & COMPLIANCE
Store handbook pages, contracts and supplier invoices against the venue. Track staff qualifications and get a heads-up before they expire.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE ACTUALLY ON SHIFT
Every screen is designed for someone stood at a bar or a pass, not sat at a desk — large touch targets, dark by default, and nothing buried three menus deep. No third-party advertising or tracking of any kind.

FloorOps is a venue-management tool for staff, managers and Hub kiosk devices at a subscribed venue. New venues can sign up and manage billing at fops.clearsparkdev.com.
