## What is FloorPlan Pro?

FloorPlan Pro puts room measurement, furniture placement, and renovation estimates in one clear mobile workspace. Enter length, width, and units to calculate area, perimeter, and flooring needs, then use the 8x8 layout grid to compare furniture positions.

Free features include:
- Room dimensions in meters or feet
- Area, perimeter, and flooring calculations
- An 8x8 furniture layout grid with common items
- A residential layout preset
- Basic material and labor estimates

Pro / Full Access includes:
- Space volume and wall-area calculations with room height
- An office layout preset
- A more detailed estimate breakdown

This app supports early planning and rough estimates. It does not replace site measurements or professional drawings from an architect, interior designer, engineer, or contractor.

The app does not require an account. Privacy details are governed by the in-app Privacy Policy, App Store App Privacy, and PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy.
