⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I've really been enjoying the Flora app. It's easy to use, well organized, and has been a great tool for helping me manage my acid reflux. I like being able to track my symptoms, meals, and other factors that affect how I'm feeling. It's helped me notice patterns and make better decisions about what I eat.

And Molly is 🔥—seriously, she's the best! She makes the app feel so supportive and encouraging. If you know, you know. ☕️💚 Highly recommend this app to anyone trying to get a better handle on their digestive health.

This app has been so helpful with recipes and mediation and more.  It has made me realize I’m not alone.  I signed up for a 1:1 session and I can’t wait to see what they can do to help me.
