### 3/5 — Basic

*2026-09-04, version 2.20.1*

Too many unnecessary updates

### 5/5 — Very helpful

*2026-07-11, version 2.19.2*

Found it to be helpful in caring for plants and identifying them

### 1/5 — Lost all my info

*2026-07-03, version 2.19.2*

I was logged out of my account after an update, and I’ve lost everything. I’ve tried every email I’ve ever created and no luck. I have over 50 houseplants and have been paying for the full version of this app for almost 4 years. Over $100 just down the drain.

### 1/5 — Lost all my info

*2026-06-29, version 2.19.2*

I was logged out of my account after an update, and I’ve lost everything. I’ve tried every email I’ve ever created and no luck. I have over 50 houseplants and have been paying for the full version of this app for almost 4 years. Canceling my subscription

### 3/5 — Annoyed

*2026-06-18*

I had been using this app since around 6/5 and came on to add some new flowers. It informed me that it needed to update. When I went back into the app after it was done, it informed me that my email wasn’t registered and I had to set up a whole new account. It had been going great, except my monitor doesn’t like to stay paired, I just stopped using it and decided to use my brain and pay attention to the plant myself. I’ve actually have some Zinnias that are close to flowering and I haven’t had a seed go to flower, really ever.
If I could get my account back, I would give a 4 star, because of the monitor not pairing, but can I really blame an app for a device? If they are promoting it…🤷‍♀️

### 1/5 — Newest update

*2026-06-18, version 2.19.2*

LOST EVERYTHING after the newest update. 40 plants and their watering schedules GONE

### 2/5 — Is the pod usable with a subscription?

*2026-05-04, version 1.18.3*

I bought the flora pod. The app keeps pushing a trial on me. I would like to know if I can use it without a subscription. Otherwise, I’m going to return it. Thanks.

### 5/5 — Great app

*2026-05-01, version 1.18.3*

Love the watering schedules

### 5/5 — Thank you

*2026-05-01, version 1.18.3*

This app helps me so much when it comes to reminding me to water my plants.

### 5/5 — Love it

*2026-05-01, version 1.18.3*

I’ve been using this app for years now and it’s so helpful for keeping track of my plants and their needs
