I didn’t want the invasive / embarrassing experience of seeing someone, and this came along. Oh. My. God- This has helped so much, if you stick with it, and I now look forward to the ritual. It’s like the Calm app meets my personal trainer. 5/5 stars. We as women need this

I’m a new mom and I love this app so much I could cry…Get this app. Super quick, peaceful rituals that actually make me feel like I’m taking care of myself. Your pelvic floor and your mental heath will thank you.

I’m a “runner” or at least someone who likes to get outside once in a while to exercise. Well.. as I’ve gotten older I’ve had some leaks. I didn’t want the invasive / embarrassing experience of seeing someone, and this came along. Oh. My. God- This has helped so much, if you stick with it, and I now look forward to the ritual. It’s like the Calm app meets my personal trainer. 5/5 stars. We as women need this
