It is so user friendly that I often recommend it to the landowners I work with. Up to date taxonomy, really easy to search cor taxa, PHOTOS, explanation of random botanical terms in the keys, and filtering by region. No ads, no data mining, and NO SUBSCRIPTION (!!!) This has already been useful as we transition our yard to native plants. Seeing a new native plant for sale? Before, I had to spend 5-10 minutes of screen time Googling and comparing info from various websites to verify a plant’s native bona fides, figure out its ideal growing conditions, and picture its mature form. All that information is right here, immediately, powered by scholarly sources rather than crowdsourcing and/or ad revenue. 30 seconds to a confident decision: less screen time, less distraction, less decision fatigue.
