The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have repeatedly requested that I do not have overdraft protection and it keeps coming back (like 3 or 4 times now) and so my account goes into the negative and I get charged fees and have to keep coming in and straightening it out. I have have most of the fees refunded since it has been the bank’s error every time, but it’s been a major inconvenience each time and no one I talk with seems to be able to figure out why it keeps happening.
