The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I have repeatedly requested that I do not have overdraft protection and it keeps coming back (like 3 or 4 times now) and so my account goes into the negative and I get charged fees and have to keep coming in and straightening it out. I have have most of the fees refunded since it has been the bank’s error every time, but it’s been a major inconvenience each time and no one I talk with seems to be able to figure out why it keeps happening. I would switch to using this account exclusively if the monthly account details labeled my purchases (such as “groceries” and “gas”) and allowed a drop down to select for purchase labels. All of a sudden there are four transactions on my credit card that I haven’t even received yet!! So I call in fraud protection!
