My third order I ordered on Cyber Monday thinking ok I’ll give it a chance, no never received my order nor my refund and now here I am having to contact help AGAIN. I’m done I’ve given it three tries and I’m now deleting it. Horrible company. There is no type inventory written into the website/app, so when they run out of stock, your screwed after you've already paid. I’ve tried ordered two different time, both times i got my order partially shipped without notice. And both times they ran out of a different face wash, I need face wash. I can’t just not have it. You need to keep up with your inventory correctly so I don’t keep getting charged for items you don’t have. The customer service doesn’t help either, I tried leaving a review and emailed them and I got nothing useful back, just a beat around the bush, auto email.
