## What is Florer?

Florer helps you choose flowers for people you care about and place an order with a shop in your selected city.

Explore ready-made bouquets, view photos, compare prices, use filters and save favorites. For something personal, open the manual bouquet builder.

Flora AI can help you choose flowers in a text or voice conversation and draft a greeting-card message. AI is optional: the app asks for your explicit consent before sharing data with OpenAI. Review and edit the details and your card message before ordering.

Keep close people, important dates and preferences together. See the next important date on the home screen and the full list in your gift calendar. Your profile gives access to order history, account details and payment methods; your bonus balance is shown in the cart.

Available in Russian, Kazakh and English, with light and dark mode. Products, delivery and payment options depend on the selected city and shop.

Florer is easier to use from the first launch to checkout. We refined onboarding, bouquet search and filters, product cards and checkout.

— Flora AI is now smarter: it guides you through bouquet selection step by step, offers ready-to-use answers, and helps you reach the perfect result with less typing.
— Flora now fully supports Russian, Kazakh, and English, including voice conversations.
— The chat experience has been redesigned: conversations with Florer.kz open instantly, with chat history for stores, support agents, and assigned couriers.
— Checkout has been completely improved with a clear step-by-step flow, automatic address detection, delivery or pickup options, and an easy order review before payment.
— Store addresses are now displayed when pickup is selected.
— Calls have been improved with native iPhone call controls, audio output selection, and a compact floating call mode.
— Flora and call floating buttons can now be moved around the screen and automatically snap to the nearest edge.
— Stories now feature smoother transitions, more responsive gestures, and improved swipe-down closing.
— Faster loading for products, images, and stories.
— Fixed issues related to changing the city, language, network connection, and reopening the app.
