It’s like some janky website with an app shell. So I can’t get logged in because I can’t accept the new terms and conditions. These guys are so concerned about their legal stuff that they’re keeping policy holders from accessing their account. My wife has been on a certain medicine for 10 years. Florida Blue has been paying for it for almost 7 years. Went to pick it up the first time this year and it said it needed to be pre-authorized. My doctor sent in the forms and they denied it been working on it for three weeks to get it approved. This isn’t just any medicine. This is a medicine my wife needs and has to have. They’ve been paying for for almost 7 years now all of a sudden it’s a problem. We’ve tried all the others that they listed on the denial. None of them worked or they had really bad side effects on her. This is the only one that works. In the five days she’s gone without it. We were within hours of having to go to the hospital. I finally had to pay out-of-pocket $430 for one month supply. We typically pay $10 for three month supply. I don’t know what they don’t understand about. This is a new medicine. This is a medicine they have been paying for for years that she desperately needs there shouldn’t be any question about it and there should be no delay in paying for it. When they are going to do something like this kind of would be nice. Not When you go to pick up your told, Insurance won’t cover it. This puts you in a jam right out of the gate. What they should do is pay for at least one more month until it’s approved again make sure you’re getting what you need. A medicine that if you stop taking it, you got violently ill or had bad effects on your body. I can’t believe they did this. I’m still fighting for it and have not gotten an answer yet. I guess they’d rather pay a $25,000 hospital bill then pay for the medicine that is needed ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2026-03-12, version 6.0.4* I can’t continue, because the message doesn’t let me push the continuing bottom . ### 1/5 — Actually THE most useless app *2026-03-11, version 6.0.4* I cannot access anything on this app. It will not even allow me to log in half of the time. It says it needs to verify my identity (which I understand) but it fails every time. I have an iPhone 17 so it doesn’t work anymore. Maybe the app needs to be updated or maybe ask the question once and quit asking it every time I try to login ### 1/5 — Can’t get past Website Terms *2026-02-19, version 6.0.4* I’ve tried everything but can’t log in to the app because the Continue button on the Website Terms is not showing on the screen. I can scroll down initially upon being asked to go through this screen when logging into the app but it snaps back up and doesn’t let me click Continue no matter what I try. I’ve tried making the font size on my iPhone as small as possible, turning the phone sideways, pinching the screen to make it smaller, different web app, etc and nothing works. This results in a non-functional app, which is useless. I was thrilled to be able to have FL Blue; however, when I went to sign back into the app, a website terms consent window pops up but I cannot click on the button because the window covers the button. It’s impossible for me to sign in now with the app. I’m sure this has something to do with a recent update or something, but it’s frustrating. I do hope the fix it. ### 1/5 — Utterly useless *2026-04-21, version 6.0.5* If you somehow manage to create an account (because it will try to refuse every password you try depute following the strict rules in creating one, then it wants you to create security questions. So you carefully read the strict rules for security questions, obtain green check marks next to each one and it still denies them. If you manage to skip past them because it won’t let you actually create them, it says it needs to verify you. At this point, it finally gets honest and just says it cannot access that function. So now I have a useless app, no real idea of what my benefits are or access to a provider list. Avoid the app and the insurance. If they are this inept with the website you need to use, how bad are they at the actual care and coverage? I was signed up for this at work.
