If you wait 24 hours, somehow you’re magically allowed to login. Be sure and save your tickets while you can - you have been warned! ### 2/5 — App misses consistently *2023-03-04* Checking out the baseball game today, I wanted to see the batting stats for my Gators. Opened the App and what? No cumulative season stats? Last weekend I missed the games on Saturday. On Sunday I went to check results. What a cumbersome process having to check each sport individually. The website is not like that. You guys can do better. ### 1/5 — Horrible UX *2021-08-19* The one thing that people would use this thing for - access to their tickets - is garbage. I can’t log out of the account I entered because there is no way to sign out, which is user experience 101. Even deleting the app doesn’t help because it automatically logs you back in to the same account when you re-install. If you’re going to force people to use virtual tickets at least try to make it so that the experience is a good one. ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2021-08-16* I accidentally signed in with the wrong Ticketmaster account and there is no sign out button so I can log in with the right Ticketmaster account and now I cannot access my season tickets. There is no sign out feature in the app which is pretty standard. This needs to be fixed soon, please. I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled twice. Keeps saying I have no tickets but on pc they’re all there. And no other option for tickets right now means waiting in line at ticket booth to get sorted ### 1/5 — Needs Work *2020-11-27* I so wanted to live this app since I’m an avid Gator fan living outside of FL. I’ve had the app for over a year, but have had repeated issues with the app not pulling up “News” or “Schedule” information on my iPhone 10. The connection on my phone is good for the other apps I have, but this one just sits blank 90% of the time. I receive all of the updates, so it’s not an issue of not downloading the different versions. I even resorted to removing the app and reinstalling it. That seemed to work for about a month before I encountered the same issue with its failure to load the “News” and “Schedule” features. The app should have a click update on recruiting which it does not. It's absolute garbage! Fix it, Ticketmaster...or go back to paper tickets until it's right!!! ### 2/5 — Needs major update *2019-09-20* The app is awful. It led to missing an entire quarter of the first home game because the app would not load while trying to pull my ticket up to get back to my seat. The apple wallet feature doesn’t work, so there’s no way to pull your ticket up without using the thin-worn WiFi or cellular service. It has caused a lot of stress before and during the game. Something needs to change. ### 2/5 — Ho hum... *2019-09-20* Not terribly impressed. App loads slowly and is sluggish. The only thing that populated in the account section is the legal stuff. Other than the stats, info, etc, there’s not much there. Since I have paper tickets, all the hype about digital tickets is meaningless. There is no help or support tab. I’m at a loss to see the value of this app. ### 2/5 — Good app but passport doesn’t work in wallet app *2019-09-19, version 1.1* The wallet app doesn’t work at all, crashes the app. Please fix ### 4/5 — Great App Overall *2019-09-19* The app is a great addition to gamedays and centralizes a lot of information for me as a student (season schedules, student and guest tickets, ordering concessions, etc). This app definitely has a lot of potential. One issue my friends and I have encountered is that many times the app won’t let us add a ticket to our iPhone wallets — I’m not sure if this is a problem from this app or Ticketmaster; the error message we get is “Web page loading failed”. Adding the ticket to the wallet makes it a lot easier to get into the stadium and it would be great to be able to use this with no problems. Other than this, a great app overall! ### 3/5 — Account? *2019-09-13* I’m not able to create an account. It only shows the legal policy on that section. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2025-11-06, version 181.1.3* As with all things associated with Ticketmaster, this app is garbage ### 1/5 — App Crashes at Game Time *2025-09-07* Tickets bought through the app could not be accessed during the first quarter yesterday and there were nearly a thousand people who could not enter due to this. They also make you link ticketmaster but you still cannot access them from ticketmaster. They also send you an email with your tickets, which when clicked instead of opening up the tickets, opens up the Gator app instead, and you guessed it, still would not load. There is no contingency in place for this so if you did not screenshot or print your ticket before hand then oops, you’re screwed. No one can look up your ticket and the confirmation that you purchased a ticket is not enough apparently. Absolutely brutal experience trying to use this app and am disappointed in UF for not having some back up system in place to allow people who purchased these tickets into the game. ### 1/5 — App is dysfunctional *2025-08-19* It has had problems for years but it’s now the worst I’ve seen it . Cycles through all kinds of mistaken screens and will not allow user to resolve issue even with a log out . Can’t update password either . Last updated 6 months ago and the app won’t update the feed for tickets. So tickets for games that were in the past are still showing in the feed. I thought "hey maybe I can start getting tickets on my phone". Next thing I knew I was calling my dad to ask which games I went to beyond my memory, calling my friends to challenge them to a Swamp Stat pissing contest, and reminiscing about that one time as a sophomore when we lost to an FCS team that didn't complete a pass. (Where is the achievement for that?). If you plan on sleeping tonight, steer clear. Unfortunately this app will only become more of a burden on my well-being next month when I will no doubt be ordering hot dogs and mountain dews from my seat.
