Hard to find the stats during the game like SOG and Hits, can’t find the recap of last game I don’t want to watch videos, just not as user friendly as last couple of seasons Panthers app. Great example of; If it ain’t broke, don’t “fix” it! ### 3/5 — Enough alerts already *2025-11-22* For some reason this app has given me 279 updates or something like that. It’s like I’m notified every shift change. End of period. Fine. Goal for either team. Fine. End of game. Fine. Not every time someone steps over the boards though, c’mon boys get it together. ### 2/5 — Why did you get rid of the scoreboard? *2025-10-18, version 20.1.3* So if we’re at the game or watching the game, now you have to go to the NHL app to get any statistics who scored goals any of that stuff that used to be on this app. We want to be on the Panthers app not the NHL app. Send this to the development team. Why would you make an app that pushes your fan base to the actual app of the league instead of the team app. Fix this to the way it was before. ### 3/5 — Help *2025-10-12* How do I find my notifications? Also, the old app would let me know who scored and assisted inside the app in real time. I can’t find that information anywhere. This is not a real team app! It’s completely worthless! It’s only about ticket sales, nothing about the team,news, interviews, season preparation, etc etc!! And when downloading the “ official Panthers “ website it only takes you to the general all team NHL app! So now Panthers don’t even have a website anymore!!? This is terrible.. ### 1/5 — They ruined it *2025-08-23* This used to be my favorite app in the previous season but the new update just ruined it for me, now it’s only about buying tickets and merch, the games are harder to find the old calendar tab was the best and even the old roster tab was easier to navigate. This used to be a fun app for real fans now it’s just a cheap version that was made for people who don’t care about hockey. Really disappointed. ### 1/5 — Never Receive Email For Confirmation *2025-07-22* Use same setting as my SeatGeak account and my prior Panthers app thinking it might make it easier. I never received the email with the confirmation. Checked all the obvious like Junk and SPAM folders, nothing is making it. ### 1/5 — Devs Forgot to Account for Text Size *2025-07-21* Had trouble signing up, as I thought the app was frozen. No. The app doesn’t work when you have larger text size than the default option on the iPhone. Was able to signup after I adjusted settings -> display & brightness-> text size. Devs should be designing apps with dynamic text size in mind. Their exclusion of dynamic text, is a big no-no. ### 1/5 — Not working *2025-07-20, version 20.0.1* Since the update this app isn’t working at all. App freezes upon opening ### 1/5 — New App is Broken *2025-07-19, version 20.0.1* Stuck at Welcome To Gameday screen. ### 4/5 — Just this one little thing *2024-05-19* Please add the day of the week to the date for the next game when you open the app. Since I don’t memorize the days of the week for each date I have to minimize the app, check the day to confirm when the game actually is i.e. put “Wednesday 5/22” not just “May 22”. And whoever responds saying that you actually do memorize all of it to quote Christian Bale “oh good for youuuu” lol ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Sorting of Game Stats *2026-06-26* The previous app allowed us to sort the game stats. Please bring that back. It is much easier to understand the game inside the game when we can see how things like TOI, shots and +/- in a sorted manner. The new app version no longer does this, and I can no longer see player movement from even in the app. The radio broadcast will no longer play in the background if you leave the app or turn off your phone. ### 1/5 — Old app was so much better *2025-10-05* The new update for this app is terrible. No stats, no settings, and it’s all about point and buying merch. Had to switch to the NHL app since the Panthers app seems to be only for locals getting tickets to game. What about fans outside of S FL? ### 1/5 — Missing Key Features *2025-10-03* Please add back the game time stats. For the past three years, I have had the app open while at the arena to track player stats on both teams (TOI, penalties, points, etc). Bring back the calendar view. It was so much easier to see home and away game schedule with the monthly view. Having to scroll is not ideal. We should be able to have a UI that shows me a monthly calendar, what the score was, who won, which games were home/away and what games are coming up. Last season you made the radio button smaller but it was still there. Now it’s not in the top right. Live commentary is key while watching the game at the arena and to listen to when the team is on the road. Unfortunately under the “listen” button you have now, the radio broadcast that is playing via the app while the Panther vs Lightning game is happening is an NFL game. We want Doug Plagens and Bill Lindsey. Lastly, if you want to add helpful features, bring in features like game day lines (like what Daily Face off does) and news (like what Puckpedia does). Thank you for keeping the buy/sell in an easy to use format. Most of the noise (features) that have been added to the new app are not helpful in any way. Super easy to navigate, and I love how I can check scores, stats, and schedules without digging around. Live game updates are quick and actually useful (no laggy nonsense). The best part? It just feels clean. No annoying ads or weird glitches so far. Plus, the ticket integration is smooth — had no trouble pulling up my seats on game day. The detail of the notification alone makes it stand out. But it also has a Live Tracking function that allows you to have the score be at the top of your phone so you can see score changes in real time. 10/10! ### 5/5 — Messages stickers *2024-03-09* Seems like a missed opportunity to provide stickers for message. Would love some panthers Goal!, Panthers, and player stickers for messages. In so many chats while we watch games, why not have Barkov, Lamborghini, Rhino, etc stickers?
