### 5/5 — I love reading the newspaper anytime!

*2021-09-03, version 3.3.14*

I absolutely love getting the digital version of the newspaper. It’s easy to navigate, easy to read, and I don’t get ink all over my hands. But the best part is that I can read it at any time anywhere on my cell phone. I’m even able to share stories of interest with other people. And of course, Florida Today always has relevant and interesting articles. Keep up the good work!

### 5/5 — Florida Today, Online, Print Edition.

*2021-09-02, version 3.3.14*

The Online Edition is put together well. It is easily operated to switch between pages, ENLARGE the print !, and more.
I enjoy the quiet time of the early AM, with my cup of java on the
warming stand to peruse FT at my leisure. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Fair reporting that also keeps one informed on local issues

*2021-08-24, version 3.3.14*

I love the digital edition of Florida Today, especially the fact that t allows me to access previous issues.
Thursday is restaurant review day, and we always pay attention to the thorough explanations of why x-number of stars were given. The judges are very fair in their evaluations.
National news is fairly reported without the hyperbole, and the news-teams are not afraid to report on controversial issues.

I grew up reading newspapers, and the digital edition allows me to continue to do so as I age, because I can zoom in on specific parts of the page in order to read it better.
Give it a try!

### 5/5 — Enjoy digitally

*2021-08-01, version 3.3.14*

I often wake up in the middle of the night and like to read the paper on my iPad.

### 4/5 — Florida Today (print version)

*2021-05-18, version 3.2.43*

The app works well and it’s very handy. The only drawback would be that there are no ads on Sunday. I cannot say if the printed version still has them, but the online version does not.

### 5/5 — Easy, Quick, and Mobile

*2021-03-21, version 3.2.43*

Even old folks can learn new tricks. I was always the hold-the-paper-in-my-hand type; never thought I would like reading the newspaper on a computer, no less my phone! But this app is great as I can scan the paper quickly just like I always did, then pick the articles I’m interested in, and when picked zooms them for easy reading. And since I carry my phone pretty much everywhere, I can jump back in at any time and the app remembers where I was. I’m a convert.

### 5/5 — Print Edition goes great with morning coffee

*2021-02-13, version 3.2.43*

Florida today print edition is part of my morning during the winter months in Cocoa Beach. Pour coffee, pull up the paper on the iPad. When we're in Wisconsin for the summer, I read Florida Today to keep up with goings on at the beach and in Central Florida.

### 5/5 — Florida Today Newspaper

*2020-11-18, version 3.2.43*

Excellent paper; good application of digital access (much better than all other papers we’ve tried). Easy to log on and read.

### 5/5 — Convenient local news

*2020-10-25, version 3.2.43*

Have always enjoyed reading the morning newspaper while drinking my coffee. Having a digital edition of the Florida Today gives me the opportunity to do that during this pandemic we are in from the safety of my own home.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2022-02-02, version 3.3.14*

Some of my local content disappears leaving only embedded pictures. I can click on it and read it in the window down below but not in the newspaper view. And the comics are blurry even when I blow them up. A couple of days of not being able to read all of my paper.

### 1/5 — Lefty News Publication

*2021-04-09, version 3.2.43*

It is clear as a bell the Florida Today is an anti conservative newspaper. Your articles about government are trying to sway readers by not reporting facts as they really are. In other words Fake News. It’s clearly evident. It’s disgusting and a disgrace to the journalist profession.
Suzy Leonard Fleming should be replaced. Her time with you is past.
The sad truth is this news publication used to be fair in printing both sides.

### 2/5 — App needs to be updated

*2022-12-13, version 3.6.05*

The app has worked fine for years, I read it every day. Since the beginning of this month (Dec 2022) pages do not load, the entire paper cannot be viewed. None of my other news app or sites do this so it must be the Florida Today app. I have cleared cache, removed/reinstalled, still not all pages load. This app needs to be updated.

### 2/5 — When it works its OK

*2022-01-27, version 3.3.14*

Since the beginning of 2022 this app has gotten terrible! Often hangs trying to download, asks me to pick which paper I want to read, always tells me about swipe mode even though I told it never to show me that message again.

Go back to the old version and I’d be way happier.

### 3/5 — Far left

*2022-05-18, version 3.6.05*

Your app is OK once I spend time trying to navigate it. My objection is to the painfully leftist content. You don’t like DeSantis. That’s obvious. I suppose if Gillum had won you would be hailing him as a brilliant and capable leader. And the picture of him laying naked and drugged up in a Miami hotel floor was GOP stunt. No doubt you will be waving the flag for Charlie Crist. He needs a job. Give him one on your staff. See how long that lasts. Just don’t send him to TLH. My husband and I are about one column away from cancelling. We had to put up with the News-Press for years in Ft. Myers. So we know what to expect from Gannett. Doesn’t mean we have to keep paying for it

### 3/5 — The new print icon cuts down the steps to print.

*2020-11-15, version 3.2.43*

Everything works well except the print size of the puzzles. They are too small for a letter size page. The old app sized them to fit the whole page, but the new app doesn’t. The image must be printed then manually resize dn the printer and reprinted larger.

### 4/5 — Enjoy the news everywhere

*2023-01-18, version 3.6.05*

I especially like the fact I can have access to the paper everywhere. I read it when I have a few minutes to spare all thru the day.

### 4/5 — Great way to stay informed

*2022-07-15, version 3.6.05*

Very easy to navigate to the stories you want to read. The app is very intuitive.

### 4/5 — New update is faster

*2021-08-12, version 3.3.14*

New update is faster but turning pages with a swipe doesn’t work well at all. Very annoying.

### 4/5 — Best Way

*2021-07-21, version 3.3.14*

Best way to read Florida Today, in some cases the only way. Friend lives in Viera, delivery not available, she had to switch to the Orlando Sentinel.
No more wet papers, no more non-deliveries, no more late deliveries, no more deliveries to the wrong house.
The only negative about the app, you have to go back to the beginning to select USA Today rather than just paging forward.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Good start to the day

*2023-05-09*

The news is there
Things you would not know especially local news
Uncomplicated easy to read yet informative
Thanks

### 5/5 — Florida Today Newspaper

*2023-04-13*

Using the app to read Florida Today is so convenient. I can read the newspaper when I travel and it is always available no matter how early (at least it seems that way). I also like that I can read previous editions. I rely on Florida Today to keep me informed on local issues especially environmental issues regarding the Lagoon as well as politics.

### 5/5 — great app!

*2023-03-18*

I am enjoying the Florida Today eEdition. I was apprehensive at first after downloading the app; but after using it for six months, I find the app easy to navigate. Thanks, Florida Today!

### 5/5 — G Miller

*2023-03-16*

I read Florida Today almost every day. I find it has very good coverage for many topics of the day along with the sports, obituaries and up to date Brevard county and state news. I do not live in Brevard County. But I have several family members (3 generations) that do maybe someday I will be there too. Keep up the good work.

### 5/5 — Florida Today is Great!

*2022-12-08, version 3.6.05*

I love my local newspaper in Brevard County. It’s so easy to access and read in the morning. I like to get up early, get a cup of coffee, and in 1/2 hour, I’ve read the entire paper and feel informed. It’s Great.

### 5/5 — Easy to use

*2022-11-01, version 3.6.05*

This app is user friendly and easy to navigate and responds quickly to magnify any article for easier reading.

### 5/5 — A New Horizon for Us!!

*2022-07-04, version 3.6.05*

My husband and I are inveterate newspaper readers and were concerned about going to the online version, but we’ve found it to be very legible and easy to navigate and just plain enjoyable.

### 5/5 — Florida Today online

*2022-05-04, version 3.6.05*

It’s very easy to read and after trying it out on a paperless Saturday, im thinking about canceling delivery and reading online every day. Save a tree!

### 5/5 — Prefer this version online

*2022-03-12, version 3.6.05*

Really liking the “printed edition on line” so much better than the regular online edition. I like the idea is seeing what the actual newspaper looks like: what the front page story is, etc, and kind of combing through it like a traditional printed paper.

### 5/5 — Great News Paper

*2022-01-11, version 3.3.14*

Great way to read the paper anywhere and any time you like. Highly recommend!
