Feels like an app from 2002. It’s to the point that they’re losing my business and I’m moving my financing elsewhere. ### 1/5 — HATE the new update *2025-09-22, version 2025.121.56636* I do not like the new version of the app. It’s different and doesn’t show all of my transactions. I don’t see pending transactions. I don’t like the look. Absolutely HATE the new updates. Very hard to navigate, and decipher real time calculations of what has transacted and what hasn’t. It is unusable! I then have to get ahold of a live person at a branch to unlock my account. Every. Single. Time. I’ve made sure I’m logging out & doing everything correctly, but nothing helps. Originally I set up a checking, savings, & car loan through FL Central with the intention of making it my primary credit union, but quickly decided against it as I can never access my accounts online.
