Annoying. Second, the customer service inquiry function will not send my message about an issue with my order. Third, the flowers delivered do not look like the flowers ordered. Very disappointed & I have no idea how to contact customer service. One positive thing I will say is that I was able get same day delivery. However, when I tried to send flowers for Mothers Day, they accepted my order & I was under the impression that flowers would be delivered to my mother. It wasn't until the day before Mothers Day that they notified me that they would be unable to fill my order....which did not give me enough time to make other arrangements. ### 1/5 — Caution *2017-02-07, version 2.62* If I could give zero I would. All information should be and as far as I can tell was collected by the app. Why is the call necessary? And why would you ask the recipient to call before you go through with the order?
