I’ve only placed one order to see what the quality of the garment is like, and also the delivery speed and process. Can’t reach anyone either to cancel or talk to. ### 1/5 — Would give zero stars if I could *2021-12-07* I ordered 4 items. One item arrived ( with tracking number provided )with an email saying the remainder had not been dispatched. I did not worry until I logged into the app a week later and all details of my order had gone. Raised an enquiry and the response was to provide the tracking number for the first item and then the sentence “ we have looked at the rest of you order and it has been delivered “ No tracking number , nothing. Thank you. ### 1/5 — FloryDay *2021-04-04, version 7.5.0* I’m extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, , I tried to do a return and followed the directions to go to my orders , there was nothing there and then at one point something about an exchange came up but no return. I’m so frustrated , I don’t know what to do. One thing I do know is, I will NEVER buy anything from this company again. ### 1/5 — Buyers BEWARE!! *2021-01-04* I got the app loved the clothes then my first order arrived one dress wasn’t quite what I was expecting but still overall I was happy this was my first internet shopping experience. I decided I loved one dress so much I would order it in a different colour on my next order. It was nothing like what I had ordered it was cheap nasty and not lace as described. I sought a refund and returned the item. This was in November it’s now January still NO REFUND!!! BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY AND APP!! **Developer response:** Dear user, thank you for your comment. You can’t track your package and it won’t tell you when it’s coming. It has been two months since I ordered and still haven’t seen my package and they won’t let you get a refund. I am disappointed because I can’t get my money back or get a new package to replace the one that never came in. ### 1/5 — No package, no help from the company. *2020-06-09, version 6.0.0* I ordered a shirt on May 14th. Almost a month later and I still haven’t received my package, although their tracking shows delivered. I filled out a ticket (there’s an option for package says delivered but not received). And gave them written information as well. I only got an auto response on my ticket to look at my tracking.
