But damn, why haven’t you figured out that no one like spoilers?!?! Your app is pretty fool proof, you just need to think about the viewing user a wee bit more. You’d also benefit from a female voice to support Gregor Brown, his take on cycling while informed is pretty tired. Keep up the great cycling coverage, please! I saw the stream in the theaters and most of the interviews had NO SOUND. ### 3/5 — Audio volume balancing terrible! *2026-08-08, version 4.38.0* While the app works well, games are painful to watch when the commercial volume is multiples of the game audio. It’s so loud it will jolt you off the couch so we are always muting the moment the commercial break starts. I’m certain this isn’t what the advertisers paid for. This seems like a relatively simple fix but all I’ve gotten is “thank you for your feedback” when I share this issue. ### 1/5 — Not Awesome *2026-08-07, version 4.38.0* Hard to know where to start. Doesn’t reliably remember where you left off in a stream. Littered with advertisements before a stream starts and during events - shameful for such a premium priced subscription. The bike racing calendar UI a mess. Scrolling performance is glitchy. Doesn’t support standard iOS PIP conventions. It’s just a bad all round app that does not respect its users. If there were another credible alternative to watching bike racing in Canada, I would switch in a heartbeat. ### 4/5 — Racing! You need to show the whole stage!! ### 1/5 — Sound is echoed *2026-08-06, version 4.37.0* Not sure what is happening but when I hit play on replays it starts and then 2 seconds later the sound plays again in the background making it impossible to enjoy what I am watching. ### 1/5 — Billing *2026-08-05, version 4.37.0* I would recommend staying away from Flow Sport unless you’re prepared for a subscription that may be more difficult to cancel than expected. About six months before my membership was even set to renew, I canceled it through my Apple ID and assumed everything was taken care of. Despite that, when my renewal date came around, Flow Sport attempted to charge my card anyway. When the first attempt failed, they tried again multiple times. To make sure there wasn’t an issue on my end, I logged into their website, confirmed my Apple subscription had already been canceled, and canceled anything I could find on their website as well. I then contacted their support through their contact form and clearly explained that I no longer wanted the service and asked them to stop attempting to bill my card. The next day, instead of receiving confirmation that the issue had been resolved, I started getting emails asking how my conversations with support representatives had gone. The problem is, I never spoke with anyone. Everything was handled through online forms and email. There were no actual conversations with the people they referenced. All I wanted was for my subscription to be canceled and for them to stop trying to charge my card. Based on my experience, the cancellation process was frustrating, confusing, and left me with very little confidence that my account had actually been closed. ### 1/5 — AMA Loretta Lynn’s *2026-08-04, version 4.37.0* Why can you not search and find the race in the app? “AMA Loretta Lynn’s” and nothing comes up. Only to have it freeze and buffer for the whole time. It was the reason I canceled in the first place! She plays in the band and when halftime came it was blacked out with “technical difficulties”. Not impressed and canceled subscription. ### 1/5 — Pathetically bad *2026-08-26, version 4.40.0* Easily one of the worst quality streaming apps out (with the possible exception of Willow). The streaming quality is so bad that athletes are barely recognizable in Track events. Also, don’t bother watching Replays because you’ll page through the videos of the winners of each event before you get to the replay (once again, much like Willow). Oh, and their ‘Support’ will give you a standard reply saying that you have to email them with your issue. When I did this I received a condescending response that was never acted upon - don’t take my word of that, just read through the reviews complaining about the same things 2 years ago. ### 1/5 — App Is Terribel *2026-08-23, version 4.39.0* The only reason I use this terrible app is so I can watch the UCI World Cup Downhill mountain bike race series. The app crashes constantly and doesn’t remember where it crashes so you have to scrub there you think you were. The previews are generic, making it difficult to know what each event actually is in the listing. No way to set reminders or show a coherent schedule.
