I was 1 of 4 flossy patients at my dentist office that never got there accounts paid. Do not use FLOSSY, there accounting team is an absolute failure. They eventually paid my dentist two months after the procedure but they no longer accept flossy due to there unreliability. They sent gift cards to my dentist because flossy was afraid to lose the account, however there manipulation tactics did not help.
