## What is Floto Swim?

FLOTO. Swim like you mean it.

The plan in your pocket. FLOTO builds swim sessions around you: your pool, your time, your ability, your goal. No more standing at the end of the lane wondering what to do. You've already got the goggles. This is the part that makes them worth putting on.

A NEW SESSION, EVERY TIME
Tell FLOTO your distance, your focus and how you feel, and it writes a structured session in seconds. Warm-up, main set, drills and warm-down, with clear intensities from easy to race pace. Sessions are created by record-holding Masters swimmers, so the structure is the real thing, not guesswork.

NEW TO SWIMMING? START HERE
The FLOTO Method is a free 10-week beginner plan that builds you up one session at a time. Simple steps, steady progress, and a tick off the checklist each time you swim.

TAKE IT BEYOND THE POOL
Open Water mode builds sessions for the lake, sea and river, with difficulty levels from Cruise to Race pace. Sighting, pacing and endurance work, written for water without walls or a black line.

PLANS AND CHALLENGES
Structured multi-week programmes and challenges that keep you coming back, with progress you can actually see. From building your aerobic base to triathlon-distance prep.

LIVE MODE
Put the session on your phone or Apple Watch and swim it, don't read it. Big, glanceable sets that keep you moving from rep to rep.

YOUR PROGRESS, IN NUMBERS
Every metre counts. Track distance, sessions and streaks, and share your achievements straight from the app.

FLOTO PRO
Go Pro for £5/month or £50/year for unlimited session generation, plans, challenges, open water mode and more. Your first taste is free: the full FLOTO Method beginner plan, no card required.

Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or cancelled any time in your Apple ID settings.
