Every prompt is rejected or fails. I want my money back. I would rate it lower than one star if I could. And doesn’t even reject the prompt right away. It takes multiple minutes as if the video was actually being created and then error notification.

I downloaded the app from a social media site. It requested I pay 1499 to start up even then I cannot create a video when I attempted to create a video it took me to where it wanted me to pay an additional 27 I believe 99. I feel like I’m being scammed here and still haven’t been able to create a video.

The additional prompt you saw appears when the credits needed for that generation exceed your current balance, it isn't a second subscription.
