If there are multiple speakers on the Call, this app does not identify the different speakers. It doesn’t even create paragraphs for the different speakers. This creates a mess when you’re trying to review a conversation that had multiple speakers

An app designed to make you want to maim the developer. My note has been transcribing for 12 hours - clearly broken.  And where is the help? Oh yes ask the AI assistant, who is vague and stupid, doesn’t even know it’s a Flow agent, doesn’t know how to contact help and makes list suggestions - have you contacted YouTube.  An appalling, shocking, deeply fraudulent app not fit for purpose

It’s been 36 hours and it still wont translate the meeting

Just wasted an hour meeting recording….continues to error out when uploading.

Recorded for two hours and lost it. Could not get out of recording not knowing if it would be lost. App was stuck in transcribe and did provide a summary.  Reached out to see if everything was lost two emails and not a peep from them. Lost $9.

I tried using this today at a conference.   Three sessions under 30 minutes.  2 of the 3 errored during transcribing and lost the recording.   Why would the recording be lost?   It should at least allow for reprocessing.

I was paying $9.99 a week and I lost probably 5-8 notes from important meetings - negative experience as it impacted my customer relationships.

When it works works great but I spend minutes dictating a long note and it’s a roll of the dice if it does not error out causing your note to be lost and if you try it again, same potential hazard.   Unfortunately have to let this one go. Causes too many delays in my work.

The company is a fraudulent one and never responds to any complaints by either e mails or their support system. Their trick is to ignore you. Beware of subscribing to this

This app keeps showing me an error whenever I finish recording. And support is not helpful...at all.

Do not waste your money on this app. I purchased it a little over a week ago and it worked for about a day. It stopped processing my recordings. Also you are not able to use it on your iPad. I have contacted their customer service and to get my money back. The processing time was long at first, but at least I got summaries and transcriptions that I could use. Now it just spins and spins and spins. And never produces the transcription. I just recorded a 15 minute meeting and it said that it could not process.  And like I said, for some reason, Apple will not give me my money back. I do not know why this is not eligible for a refund. It’s horrible! Do not it’s a waste of money

Around 1/4 of the conversation was transcribed into a language that I couldn't recognize (not English). Worse app
