An app that allows people to find their flow in bite-sized content hits combined seamlessly with an easy-to-use user interface. Perfect for those looking to level up their experience and enhance mental capabilities to achieve optimal outcomes.

This app definitely provides the tools to help you experience flow daily. It has a similar look and feel to a fitness app, but obviously for mental skills training rather than physical training. I found that the ease of navigation and short lessons has helped me be more consistent with my learning. I feel like this app would be useful for athletes, musicians, and corporates, or anyone who is looking for optimal functioning and performance. If that is you, you may as well give it a try!

This App is a delight. User friendly, full of knowledge, interaction, direct instruction and activities to hold you accountable on the journey to find flow. I love it and love the progress I have made using this App. Quite simply this is life changing.
