It’s been years since you released one. ### 2/5 — Boring *2025-05-26, version 1.2.0* I say this as a lover of puzzle games: this game is just boring. The only mechanic this game has is looking for a vulnerability/strategy to get you started with each puzzle. For the vast majority of puzzles, this just amounts to a combinatorial approach to get a vertical or horizontal. This might be interesting for the first 50 extreme puzzles, but gets boring quickly. There is isolated novelty that comes from the variant puzzles (reverse, fill-in, etc.), but it is short lived and working through 100 puzzles of each kind is a mindless slog. The play area is poorly designed — there needs to be more area outside the board in which to arrange and play with pieces before placing them. The game forces monotony by making you sort your pieces at the start of every puzzle rather than providing auto-sort functionalities. Number highlighting would help the pace of the games — we can all scan a column for the number 7, this doesn’t make the game harder, just slower. A notes-like feature would help whereby you could select a piece and eliminate positions it can’t be placed in (or indicate positions it can be placed in); this is especially true for the variants that have vertical or horizontal bands. A way to switch off the Hints button would also improve the game as I don’t want any help with puzzles but it’s awkwardly placed near the phone corner where you will accidentally tap it while holding your phone. ### 3/5 — Fun game but… *2025-01-09, version 1.2.0* The game is fun and the ads aren’t too bad. This is a very fun game to play for those that want a different way of playing Sudoku. Some are easy and a few are pure demonic to finish. Out of the 7-8 games I have in my iPhone, this is the funnest one. Love the graphics and dynamics of this game. ### 5/5 — 100% Easier Than Sudoku *2024-09-06, version 1.2.0* Why? Because this is basically a puzzle game where the numbers just tell you if the pieces line up. The tricky part is that you won’t know if you placed a block correctly if your just guessing and hoping for the game to tell you it’s wrong. It will scream at you if the numbers overlap so I suggest organizing the shapes by shapes as it allows you to move them around before you attempt to solve the problem. At least that helps me with the “harder” ones. Anyway, it’s fun. Hope they don’t add blocks where I have to type the number into the blocks… that will kill my brain.
