So I can’t get any text or other notifications on the watch. Worst of it is that the support website for this annoying app isn’t reachable!! ? ### 2/5 — "Device" tab just crashes the app *2025-11-21, version 2.6.4* The app seems alright at a glance. My only issue is I can't access the "Device" tab. It just crashes the app instantly. I want to edit some of the settings on the device, but seems I can't. It continually disconnects from my watch which means having to put the settings back in each and every time. It does not connect to ios health but the description says that it does. I have to say I believed the hype with my Lokmat watch and this app. Right up until I got them running. The notifications come well after any text or emails are received. There is no method to interact with any message. Lame. Watch ‘wallpaper’ truly stinks. Not only does it NEVER stay what is chosen and reverts back to default almost every day, the customization options are lame. If you choose your own image you don’t get the option to add good information to the Wcat face like battery power. It “came with” this app. There is no support for the app, and the measurements are questionable. I measured my heartrate first thing in the morning before even getting out of bed, and it said 172 beats per minute! Example: To determine date, person’s weight and heigh. We use pounds, feet and inches and month-date-year. The existing setting design of this unit doesn’t allowed to change these options. They must realize that if they have intentions to sell this product in the USA, the product should have the ability yo change those option! Works very well. This new update is so nice! Great job. My watch always stays connected and all of my workout data and sleep data uploads flawlessly. Found it very easy to use and lots of info. It would be good to have some watch faces that you down Load that are a bit more pleasing to look at and not ones that look ok for kids. I changed Bluetooth connection on my phone and pressed forget on the watch. Couldn’t get it back 😐. Turns out I had to delete the app and re install to get it to work again. I lost all the data for the first two weeks I’d had it. I won’t be doing that again.
